The Yo-Zuri “K-Type” Diving Board is designed for trolling in upper and middle depths of the water column. The board can be attached to either a downrigger or “cleated” off the back of the boat and fished as a hand line. Popular for many years in the Pacific Region, the Yo-Zuri “K-Type” diving board has a unique shape, perfected by our designers in Japan many decades ago. It is most commonly used for Pacific Bluefin Tuna and has a very strong following in the Pacific Northwest region of North America for Tuna and Albacore. Once a fish become hooked, the board automatically overturns and goes upright, indicating a hooked fish. This uniquely shaped Diving Board is a must-have for the serious offshore trolling angler!!!
