Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and shipping fees are fixed flat rates. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

 

You didn't receive your package? We will make every effort to help you find the package. Every package we send out, gets shipped with tracking. We are responsible for getting the package to you. If your package is lost in transit, we will file the claim and ship you out a replacement. If your tracking says the package has been delivered, you will have to file the claim yourself. We are not responsible for a package that shows it's been delivered.  We do get several customers a month who's tracking says it's been delivered, but they didn't get the package. Most of the time, the package was delivered to a neighbor by accident. You should get in touch with your mailman, either speaking directly or leaving a note on your mailbox. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Fish-Field has the option of declining any order for any reason and refunding the customer in full.

 

Expedited orders must be placed by 2 PM in order to go out same day. We do our best to make exceptions, but we don't control USPS/UPS/FEDEX. If you need an order to ship out past the 2 PM deadline, please contact us at support@fishfield.com. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT EXPEDITED IF YOU"RE IN HAWAII OR ALASKA. These two places require a custom quote for 2-day and overnight shipping. 

 

We will send a return label for a product that you feel is broken. Your item will either be replaced or refunded. Broken products must be returned in the original boxed it arrived in. You have 5 Days from day of receiving your order, to file a claim on a product you received broken. If your item returns to us in perfect working order, you will be charged for the return label and shipping to have the product returned to you. If you choose a refund, the return label will be deducted from your refunded amount.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

We've paused all International Orders for the foreseeable future. We will monitor shipping rates and once the world gets back on track, we will offer our selection once again to our friends from around the world.
