Multimedia Content Specialist - Open
Company: Fish-Field / Forward Recreation
Location: Tualatin, OR
Full Time: 40hr / week
Job Overview Fish-Field is seeking a versatile Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between creative production and technical execution. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for our fishing tackle products and translating that content into high-converting product pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Photo & Video Production
- Lead the production of high-definition product photography (studio/white background) and lifestyle shots.
- Film and edit engaging product videos, including "unboxing" features, technical demonstrations, and promotional shorts.
- Manage all post-production tasks, including color correction, audio leveling, and adding graphics or overlays.
- Coordinate on-location shoots to capture gear in action within Pacific Northwest environments.
- E-commerce Content Management
- Build out comprehensive product pages on BigCommerce
- Input accurate product data, including technical specs, SKU variations, weights, and pricing.
- Write compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions that speak to both novice and expert anglers.
- Ensure all visual assets are properly sized and optimized for site speed and mobile viewing.
- Digital Marketing Support
- Create visual assets for use in Google Ads (Performance Max), social media, and email newsletters.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure brand consistency across all digital storefronts.
- Maintain an organized library of raw and finished media assets.
- Assist in Warehouse Operations as Needed
- Picking and packing orders
- Counting Inventory
- Receiving Product
- Fulfilling Pickup Orders
Required Qualifications
- Technical Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in photography and video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop).
- E-commerce Literacy: Familiarity with back-end management of online stores (experience with BigCommerce or Shopify is a plus)..
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot from a creative filming session to a technical data-entry task seamlessly.
- Industry Interest: A background in or passion for fishing (specifically PNW species like Salmon, Steelhead, and Trout) is highly preferred.
Warehouse Associate- closed
Fish-Field has a new opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Tualatin location.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Picking and packing orders
- Counting Inventory
- Receiving Product
- Fulfilling Pickup Orders
We are looking for candidates who can focus on the task at hand and work independently. Fishing knowledge and experience is a plus, but is not required.
The job requires occasional heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
Assistant Manager-closed
This Assistant Manager position comes with the potential for promotion to General Manager in the future. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist managing day-to-day operations, while making sure the company has everything it needs to operate.
- The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the GM in managing all employees at Fish-Field. With this responsibility, they will shape the work environment into a positive and productive place. Clearly setting forth the vision of the company.
- Creating strategies and allocating resources to achieve company goals
- Train and develop staff. Be a mentor and communicate the company’s goals to employees.
- Build on the success of the company by bringing in fresh strategies and ideas.
- Maintain business data including inventory, sales, and customers.
- Assist in setting, practicing, and managing all workplace polices.
- Work with warehouse associates to maintain inventory and order accuracy. Oversee both inbound and outbound processes.
Experience/knowledge in e-commerce operations is preferred.
