Do you have in store shopping?

No, we do not. All purchasing must be done online through our website. We do offer pickups at our warehouse. Please check out our Warehouse Pickup page for more details.

Voicemails will be returned in the order they are received. If you have a time-sensitive issue, email is the fastest way to contact us.

What are your holiday hours?

2024:

  • We will be closed Monday, Jan 1st for New Years.
  • We will be closed Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day.
  • We will be closed Thursday, July 4th for Independence Day.
  • We will be closed Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, the quickest way is to contact us at support@fishfield.com. You can also view your orders on our website under My Account.

Why is my coupon code not working?

Make sure you are only using one coupon code per order. Our checkout system does not support multiple coupon codes on individual orders. This includes Rewards coupon codes.

All of our coupon promotions exclude Sale, Flash Sale, and Closeout items. If your cart has any of these items, they will not receive the discount when the code is entered. Only items that are currently not on sale will receive the discount.

Can I combine Rewards coupon codes?

No, you cannot combine Rewards coupon codes. All Rewards coupon code amounts are final once redeemed.

Why can't I see my Rewards?

Make sure to check that you are signed in to your Fish-Field Account. For further troubleshooting, go to our Rewards Info page.

I can't find my first-time order coupon code after signing up.

This coupon is only eligible to new customers. The code is emailed to you after completing the pop-up form by submitting your email address, and after you have confirmed your email in your inbox. If you are still not seeing the email, please check your spam folder.

I missed a promotion event, can I still get the deal?

No, all promotion dates are final. This includes not adding the free product to your cart for our free giveaway promotions. Due to stock levels, order packing efficiency, and other details, we are unable to add the free product to an order after that order has been placed and/or the promotion has ended.

How do pickups work?

Pickup orders are one of our shipping options offered at checkout. You'll receive an email notification when it's ready. Pickup orders are ready within 1 hour after the order has been placed during regular business hours. Orders placed after 4pm may not be available for same day pickup. Are certain items in stocked and ready to order? 

We do not sell products which are not in stocked. If you can add products to the shopping cart and pay for them, means we have them in stocked and will get shipped with in 24 business hours. 

Do you do price match?

No, we don't. All prices are published to the website as they are. We have the best rewards program in the fishing industry. Take the advantage while you can as it is the limited time of offer. Please also pay attention to our promotions for your best savings.

An item I want is out of stock, when do you get more in?

With all out-of-stock items, there is a Notify Me button on the product page where you can provide your email address. As soon as we get the item in stock, you will be notified by email.

Steps:

  1. Click into the product link
  2. Select the item you want which is out of stock
  3. Look down for the button "NOTIFY ME" and click it
  4. Type in your email correctly and submit
  5. You will be notified via email immediately at the point when product is back in stock

Do you spool reels?

Yes, we do. Please add a note to your order telling us what kind you'd like, based on our store selection, and we'll email you back with confirmation and a link for the fee.

How will you ship my fishing rod?

At Fish-Field we know how important secure packaging is when online shopping, especially for fishing rods. That's why every fishing rod is wrapped in bubble wrap then safely packaged in a PVC tube individually cut for each fishing rod's height.

Can I combine my orders?

No, we do not combine orders. Shipping is calculated per order.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer payment plans through Afterpay, Affirm, and BreadPay.

Do you offer a military discount?

No, we do not have a military discount at this time. We do offer rewards, sales, and coupon codes. The best way to stay informed on all of our deals is to sign up for our email newsletter. The sign up form is found at the bottom of this page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive multiple email updates from us as your order progresses. If you have further questions about your order, please email us at support@fishfield.com

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We process most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We ship every Monday-Friday.

Do you have international shipping?

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we do. Our Free Shipping Opportunities include:

For the 48 Contiguous United States -

  • FREE shipping all regular-sized orders $100 or more
  • FREE shipping oversized and bait orders $250 or more (8ft 1 piece rods EXCLUDED)

For Alaska & Hawaii -

  • FREE shipping all regular-sized orders $200 or more
  • FREE shipping oversized orders $500 or more (8ft 1 piece rods and bait EXCLUDED)

Oversized items include but are not limited to: Rods, Crab Pots, Kill Bags, and Nets

How do I return or exchange an item?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is undamaged, you may return it within 30 days of the receipt. Email us your return request at support@fishfield.com and we'll be happy to help. You can find our full Return Policy here. We do not offer returns for International orders at this time.
