We do not have a retail location. We do offer a pickup window so our local customers can still shop with us without having to pay for shipping. Pickup orders have to be returned at the pickup window or shipped back to us at the customer's expense regardless of defect or damage. The pickup window is open from Monday 11am to 5pm, and Tuesday through Friday 10am to 5pm. Check below for Holiday hours.
- Be sure to select Warehouse Pickup as the shipping method during checkout.

Most orders are ready within 60 minutes. This could be slightly slower based on how busy we are.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please do not arrive before you receive the email.

You have 5 business days to pickup your order. After 5 days your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 10% restock fee.
