We do not have a retail location. We do offer a pickup window so our local customers can still shop with us without having to pay for shipping. Pickup orders have to be returned at the pickup window or shipped back to us at the customer's expense regardless of defect or damage. The pickup window is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Check below for Holiday hours.
- Be sure to select Warehouse Pickup as the shipping method during checkout.

Most orders are ready within 60 minutes. This could be slightly slower based on how busy we are.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please do not arrive before you receive the email.

Please have your ID and Order # ready at the window.

You have 5 business days to pickup your order. After 5 days your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 10% restock fee.

Returns/exchanges can be made at the pickup window.
2023 Holiday Hours:
- We will be closed Thursday, Nov 23. We will be OPEN Friday, Nov 24.
- We will be closed Monday, Dec 25th for Christmas.
2024 Holiday Hours:
- We will be closed Monday, Jan 1st for New Years.
