Tuning
Depending on your desired wobbling action, Simon Dodgers can be tuned to match boat speeds and river currents. Bending the dodger bill upward will produce a wide sweeping action. Bending the bill downward will narrow and speed up the wobbling action. Both are devastatingly effective.
