Create a Fish-Field Account - In order to track and collect Rewards Points, you'll need a Fish-Field Account. Create an account here. Already have one? Just sign in to your account and head to our Fish-Field Rewards page to view your Rewards.

Once there, you will find your POINTS total and PENDING points total. Your POINTS are how many Rewards points you currently have available to spend. Your PENDING points are points that you have earned but are not available yet. All Make a Purchase points are held in PENDING for 14 days after your purchase. After 14 days, your Make a Purchase points will move from PENDING to your available POINTS total. All Refer friends points are held in PENDING for 7 days after the referral is completed. After 7 days, your Refer friends points will move from PENDING to your available POINTS total.

Under your POINTS total, we have 5 categories to help you explore your Rewards Account.

Your Rewards: Your Rewards is a list of all the rewards you have redeemed. You can view each specific reward you redeemed, as well as its COUPON VOUCHER. This section will only appear once you have redeemed a reward.

Earn Points: This section shows you how you can earn rewards points and tracks how many you have completed.

Rewards: Rewards show all rewards available at your Rewards Tier. It will highlight what rewards you are eligible for. To select your chosen reward, click Get reward. From there, you will receive your Coupon Voucher code that you can copy and redeem at checkout. To redeem, enter your Coupon Voucher code in the Coupon/Gift Certificate section at checkout.

Tiers: Tiers show the available tiers and their featured Rewards.

History: This section shows your history of all points earned and redeemed.
REFER FRIENDS
Refer friends offers you the chance to share a link to our store with a coupon for $10 off any order $75 or more. After your friend has used the coupon, you get 200 rewards points added to your total.
Referred friend must make a Rewards account in order to use coupon. Coupon code is one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promo codes.
Rewards points will show up in your account as PENDING once the referred friend has used their coupon, then the points will show up as ACTIVE 7 days after purchase.

I can't find my Rewards Points?
Double check that you are signed in to your Fish-Field Account. If you do not have an account, you can create one here.
Why are my points in PENDING?
Your PENDING points are points that you have earned but are not available yet. Two ways to earn points are held in PENDING:
- Make a Purchase points are held in PENDING for 14 days after your purchase, then moved to your available total.
- Refer friends points are held in PENDING for 7 days after the referral is completed, then moved to your available total.
