Fish-Field offers refunds and exchanges on unused/undamaged products within 30 days of receipt.
All returns/exchanges are subject to approval and must receive authorization before being shipped back. Packages received without authorization will be shipped back at the customer's expense. You can find our full Return Policy here. We do not offer returns for International orders at this time.
If a customer places and returns two separate orders within a 30 day period, they will be subject to a 60 day return probation period during which time any subsequent returns will be charged a 25% restocking and service fee.
