How and Why We Collect Information
In order to improve customer online shopping experience, including the storage of items in your cart between visits, to help with fraud identification, and to assist our customer care representatives in resolving issues customers may experience in completing online purchases, we use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information. This information may include information about your operating system and browser type, Internet Protocol (IP) address, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and date, time and clickstream data. In order to provide the best customer experience possible, we also use this information for reporting and analysis purposes, such as how you are shopping our Site, performance of our marketing efforts, and your response to those marketing efforts.
A cookie is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies enable you to place an order on our Site. They also allow us to enhance and personalize your online shopping experience, so the information you receive is more relevant to you.
For example, we use cookies to:
- Remember what items are in your shopping cart.
- Recognize you when you return to our Site.
- Speed up your checkout, if you have created an account on our Site.
- Study how our customers navigate through our Site, and which products they request in site searches.
- Deliver personalized marketing.
We also use pixel tags to tell us what parts of our Site you have visited and to measure the effectiveness of any searches you may do on our Site. Pixel tags also enable us to send you email in a format you can read and let us know when you have opened an email message from us.
We may also contract with other companies who use cookies or other online tools such as pixel tags to measure the performance of a marketing effort on our behalf. We prohibit these companies from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than us.
We may also contract with third party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. To do this, they will collect anonymous information about your visits to our Site and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to our Site and to other web sites to target advertisements. These targeted advertisements may appear on other web sites that you visit. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a cookie or pixel tag. No personally identifiable information is collected in this process.
We may also obtain information from other companies that can enhance our existing customer information to improve the accuracy and add to the information we have about our customers (e.g., adding address information). This may improve our ability to contact you and improve the relevancy of our marketing by providing better product recommendations or special offers that we think will interest you.

How We Use Email
When you email us, or provide us with your email address, we will email you as necessary to process your order, respond to a request or provide customer service. For example, after you place an order on our Site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information. Recipients of our email gift cards will receive an email notifying them of the gift and instructing them how to redeem it.
We may also send promotional emails about products, special offers, services or events we believe may be of interest to you. It is our intent to send promotional emails only to those who wish to receive them. We provide instructions on how to unsubscribe in each email, and within the My Account section of FishUSA.com.

We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including shipping, name and address verification, and payment processing. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services, and we work with them to ensure that your privacy is protected.
The “help” function of your internet browser should contain instructions to set your computer to either accept all cookies, to notify you when a cookie is issued, or to not receive cookies at any time. If you set your computer to not receive cookies at any time, you will not receive cookies from our Site, but certain personalized services cannot be provided to you, and accordingly, you may not be able to take full advantage of all of the features of our Site.
On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

Mobile Terms of Service
Fish-Field
Last updated: Dec. 3, 2024
The Fish-Field mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fish-Field (“Fish-Field”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Fish-Field’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fish-Field through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Fish-Field. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18775126658 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Fish-Field mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
For Service support or assistance, text HELP to +18775126658 or email marketing@fishfield.com.
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.
