What are your holiday hours?
2024:
- We will be closed Monday, Jan 1st for New Years.
- We will be closed Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, the quickest way is to contact us at support@fishfield.com. You can also view your orders on our website under My Account.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Make sure you are only using one coupon code per order. Our checkout system does not support multiple coupon codes on individual orders. This includes Rewards coupon codes.
All of our coupon promotions exclude Sale, Flash Sale, and Closeout items. If your cart has any of these items, they will not receive the discount when the code is entered. Only items that are currently not on sale will receive the discount. Our spooling service is also excluded from any coupon or sale.
Can I combine Rewards coupon codes?
No, you cannot combine Rewards coupon codes. All Rewards coupon code amounts are final once redeemed.
Why can't I see my Rewards?
Make sure to check that you are signed in to your Fish-Field Account. For further troubleshooting, go to our Rewards Info page.
I can't find my first-time order coupon code after signing up.
This coupon is only eligible to new customers. The code is emailed to you after completing the pop-up form by submitting your email address, and after you have confirmed your email in your inbox. If you are still not seeing the email, please check your spam folder.
I missed a promotion event, can I still get the deal?
No, all promotional dates are final. This includes not adding the free product to your cart for our free giveaway promotions. Due to stock levels, order packing efficiency, and other details, we are unable to add the free product to an order after that order has been placed and/or the promotion has ended.
How do pickups work?
Pickup orders are one of our shipping options offered at checkout. You'll receive an email notification when it's ready. Pickup orders are ready within 1 hour after the order has been placed during regular business hours. Orders placed after 4pm may not be available for same day pickup. Are certain items in stock and ready to order?
We do not sell products that are not already in stock. If you can add products to the shopping cart and pay for them, then we have them in stock and will get them shipped out within 24 business hours.
Do you do price match?
No, we don't. All prices are published to the website as they are. We offer the best rewards program in the fishing industry as well as regular sales on a variety of our products. Keep an eye out for further promotions to increase your savings.
An item I want is out of stock, when do you get more in?
With all out-of-stock items, there is a Notify Me button on the product page where you can provide your email address. As soon as we get the item in stock, you will be notified by email.

- Look down for the button "NOTIFY ME" and click it
- Type in your email correctly and submit
- You will be notified via email immediately when product is back in stock
Do you spool reels?
Yes, we do. Please add a note to your order telling us what kind you'd like, based on our store selection, and we'll email you back with confirmation and a link for the fee.
How will you ship my fishing rod?
At Fish-Field we know how important secure packaging is when online shopping, especially for fishing rods. That's why every fishing rod is wrapped in bubble wrap then safely packaged in a PVC tube individually cut for each fishing rod's height.
Can I combine or add to my orders?
No, we do not combine or add to orders. We prioritize fast and efficient shipping. Shipping is calculated per order. We can cancel an order, allowing you to reorder, however previous prices will not be honored.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer payment plans through Afterpay, Affirm, and BreadPay.
Do you offer a military discount?
No, we do not have a military discount at this time. We do offer rewards, regular sales on a variety of products, and occasional coupon codes. The best way to stay informed on all of our deals is to sign up for our email newsletter. The sign up form is found at the bottom of this page.
Do you charge sales tax?
As an e-commerce retailer located in Oregon, whether or not sales tax is added to your order will depend on the state you are shipping to. Orders shipped to Oregon will not receive sales tax. Orders shipped to all other states may or may not receive sales tax.
We are required by law to collect sales tax if we meet the threshold of the state tax nexus. Each state has its own threshold requirements. We make sure to follow each state's law strictly and provide the best products and services as we can.
We also have a pick-up option available at our warehouse in Tualatin, Oregon if that is more convenient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive multiple email updates from us as your order progresses. If you have further questions about your order, please email us at support@fishfield.com.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process most weekday orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Weekend orders are processed at the beginning of the week. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is undamaged, you may return it within 30 days of the receipt.
