Return, Exchange, and Pre-order Policy

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 14 days of its delivery date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order minus the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date for store credit. For pickup orders, your time starts the day you receive our "ready for pickup" notification. All returns require an authorization code. Products shipped back without one, will be returned to the customer at their own expense. The following exceptions to this policy apply: (a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged; (d) electronic devices, including flashers and fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. (e) If all manufacturer parts including product manuals are not returned in whole by return deadline (21 Days After Receiving Order) product will be considered incomplete and therefor refund will not be allocated. (f) All close-out products, special orders and Gift Cards are final and nonrefundable or exchangeable. If there is any question as to whether an item can or cannot be returned please feel free to contact us prior to the return deadline (14 Days from delivery date). Orders that are sent back due to the customer changing their mind or not wanting to pay an import tax, will be subject to our full cost to ship. You are responsible for getting the returned product back to us in the same condition you received it.  Reels that have had line service will be charged a 15% restocking fee and charged the full cost of the line that was put on. Please contact us before sending back, to get an authorization number. Electric Reels that are returned will have a 15% restock fee. 

We do not offer returns for International orders at this time. All International orders are final and cannot be returned, excluding if an International order has a product defect, contains the wrong item, or there is a shortage then please contact us and we will issue a credit or replace the item.

Due to COVID we had to shutdown our showroom. In response, we've built a pickup window so our local customers could still shop with us, without having to pay for shipping. We have too much inventory and not enough space to accommodate walk-ins, while giving the appropriate social distancing guidelines. We do this for our customers' and employees' safety.

  • The pickup window is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

  • Most orders are ready within 60 minutes tops. This could be slightly slower based on how busy we are.

  • Please have your ID and Order # ready at the window.

  • We do not make sales at the pickup window.

  • You have 5 days to pickup your order. After 5 days your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 10% restock fee. 

  • Reels can be dropped for line service. It can take up to 24 hours to fulfill your bulk line service. Customers must be willing to wait.

  • Returns/exchanges can be made at the pickup window.

Pre-Orders

The pre-order service offered by Fish-Field, Inc allows you to order a product before it becomes fully available on our retail website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change. You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Once the order has been placed, your order is final, no cancelations will apply. We will ship the pre-order items to you once they are available.
